Today i will share few tips that will help you how you can plan wedding ceremony event.
When you will start for wedding plan, first you should finalize the color scheme for each programme because wedding ceremony includes so many programmes like Engagement, Mehendi, Sangeet, Bhat, Wedding, Reception etc.
You have to visit each and every venue for each programme and plan accordingly.
Make sure each and every details you have.
First you have to design a logo on bride and groom's name which will reflects on each programme from invitation card to end.
Consult with client for color scheme on dress quote for each programme.
Take a guest list from client with each and every details which you can special care for their guest from each and every respect.
Make sure repeatedly that your setup full ready before 3 to 4 hour for each programme.
Don't believe last minute makeup.
Don't believe you should give too many last minute surprise to your guest.
Before event, visit each venue repeatedly with your vendors like decorator, florist, electrician, choreographer, security personals, special effect person, sound engineer etc.
You have to make sure for each programme that you have a clear concept.
Don't loose your temper for any unforeseen circumstances because it's usually happens in this profession.
Budget is the key factor for each and every programme. From beginning, you should clear concept regarding budget as per your client's requirements but sometimes it's difficult because if you are beginner stage, you don't know about your vendors price and if you have enough experience then you have to want more for your client to maintain your reputations.
